When your network is operating to it's optimum, you can then schedule regular visits for the recurring maintenance routines that are required to keep a system running at it's best. By this stage, service includes free telephone and remote helpdesk support and you will also qualify for special customer rates for emergency site visit.

You pay only for the IT support actually provided and signed off by agreement. If Agtek does not provide the level of IT service you require you are free to cancel without notice.
